Remember your HONEY MOON with an Unforgettable Bhutanese blessing ceremony while staying at one of two hotels in this Himalayan kingdom: Kichu Resort Paro and Kichu Resort Wangdue.

Optional: You will be taken to a Buddhist temple's intimate shrine room dressed in the traditional attire of Bhutan — a gho for men, a kira for women — for the two-hour ceremony. Monks will chant, accompanied by drums, horns and cymbals, and your relationship will be blessed as a long, happy and prosperous union. The exchange of khadhar (white scarves) is an important Bhutanese act, representing devotion and love.
Optional: Drive up to Chelela Pass, the highest point in Paro, and then enjoy a private picnic with your loved one. Make memories with a short but memorable hike overlooking the beautiful Paro Valley.  After a long day know-how our stone bath and massage works, infused with Bhutanese herbs and a chocolate treatment that provides all the natural antioxidants that moisturize and tone the skin.

In the evening, at Kichu paro our chefs and servers will serve a Private Romantic Candle lit dinner complete in the room. A bottle of house wine can be arranged at an additional cost.
